At Physique Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The product was purchased directly from Physique Wellness.
  • The refund request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Note: Digital programs or coaching sessions cannot be refunded once accessed or delivered.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items or promotional offers
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Coaching sessions already delivered

To initiate a refund:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are possible only for eligible physical products.
  • A new purchase may be required, and any price differences will be applied.
