1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The product was purchased directly from Physique Wellness.
- The refund request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Note: Digital programs or coaching sessions cannot be refunded once accessed or delivered.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale items or promotional offers
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Coaching sessions already delivered
- Opened consumable products (for health and safety reasons)
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@physiquewellness.store.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible only for eligible physical products.
- A new purchase may be required, and any price differences will be applied.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@physiquewellness.store with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
