Order Processing
Physical product orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Digital programs and coaching materials are delivered electronically, typically within 24 hours of purchase.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship physical products throughout the United States. Estimated delivery after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available at checkout)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship physical products to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has left our facility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@physiquewellness.store and we will help resolve it.
